M&A Strategy Manager

Leading the expansion of the firm through strategic partnerships and mergers to become the biggest infrastructure services provider in the blockchain ecosystem.
The opportunity:
Take part in the cryptocurrency revolution that is changing and challenging the world with its unique and new business problems. Lead the sourcing, execution and integration of strategic acquisitions, JVs and investments/disinvestments.
As the next Manager of M&A Strategy, you:
Lead the Corporate Development team which is responsible for finding investment and growth opportunities, JVs and strategic partnership;
Assess, negotiate and deal-shape JVs, and cooperations, acquisitions and other strategic deals;
Present growth strategies and acquisition targets;
Evaluate deals and their potential benefits;
Research new potential markets and partners;
Collaborate closely with C-class management, the CEO and the function departments;
Manage internal stakeholders and influence them.
You ideally have:
Have at least 10 years experience in M&A transactions or corporate development at an investment bank, law firm or consulting firm;
Have experience in high leading positions;
Experience in negotiation, deal shaping and post evaluation of acquisitions;
A basic understanding of corporate law, blockchain and technology products and operational metrics is preferred;
Be able to manage and help your team grow together with the coordination of tasks with other functional internal departments;
Have strong judgement and firm grip.
