Corporate Transformation Director
This is a global leading company in valuations and customized investment solutions helping lenders, advisors and investors moving towards change.
Setting the strategic agenda and future direction of the company as a whole.
Addressing strategic issues of the fast-paced challenges of today’s world with a focus on the future trends.
Identifying and executing Corporate Development and M&A opportunities.
Addressing strategic issues across the company portfolio.
Assuming the role of one of the fundamental divisions of the business in a fast-paced environment and growing organization. Opportunity to grow on a personal and career level by getting involved in the strategic thinking process of managing and growing a business over time. Leadership role across the company for the execution of plans.
As the next Director of Corporate Business Transformation:
Lead the Corporate Development and Transformational team which includes M&A deals, strategic planning, investment and profitability opportunities.
Work in collaboration with the business leader to the analysis of problems, development of plans of action and buy-in for change.
Cooperate with divisional leaders to support internal tactical priorities analysis and decision making
Lead and execute high-priority initiatives critical to the long-term success of the firm. This includes potential partnerships and investments
Recommend business growth strategies and profitability opportunities.
Analyze corporate development opportunities
M&A deals assessment, balance sheet, capital and partnerships.
Be responsible for valuation modeling and due diligence.
Stakeholders relationships and governance process
Understand trends, opportunities and implications of competitive industry landscape
Build strong presence among the Board, C-level positions and Divisional leadership.
Moderate and influence stakeholders meetings.
At least 10 years of post-graduate experience in corporate and business strategy at financial services institutions and/or at a strategy management consulting firm.
Have experience in leading buy-side M&A evaluation, due diligence and post-transitional integration.
Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
Have tolerance of ambiguity and chart a direction to follow even in not clear situations
Excellent financial modeling skills and strong understanding of data analytics
Strong interpersonal relations and communication with people, leadership and stakeholders. Able to influence the management
Strong personal ethics and ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality.
Highly motivated, ambitious, passionate and with a strong orientation to change
MBA strongly preferred.
