What will a Financial Planning and Analysis Director be doing?
Coordinate the finance and business department to take new business opportunities.
Capital planning and allocation
Take part in the decision making process with transformational strategies
Manage and execute special projects and complex analysis
Lead strategic planning process with functional leaders from across the business
Deliver relevant data-driven insights in order to help senior management and the Board take strategic decisions and stakeholders to understand the business performance.
Improve our business metrics, generate improvement recommendations and exceed business’ targets
Create budgeting, forecasting, internal and external reporting.
Firm-wide budgeting and internal reporting
You have:
At least 10 years of experience in FP&A , business strategy, corporate finance,
Proven financial experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance
Excellent communication skills and translating complex financial analysis into easy to grasp concepts.
Detail oriented, optimal organization and ability to manage multiple complex processes
Outstanding acumen in depicting a strategy on a business-centric perspective
Ability to understand all levels of management and how to interact with each one of them
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and influence people
Build a constructive relationship with stakeholders
Analytical skills in understanding and extracting conclusions from data
Eagerness to improve and learn
Advance degree and qualifications are preferred
Ability to work in fast-paced financial services of professional services firms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
