What you'll be doing
As a key member of these M&A and Debt Advisory teams, you will be accountable for adding value by:
Executing complex (international) M&A transactions
Engaging with interesting clients from all market sectors and relying on your experience, serving as the primary contact for clients
Developing detailed and reliable financial models and valuation analyses
Overseeing and conducting daily meetings and reviews, presenting metrics, and documenting follow-up with businesses
Managing the team’s various activities as a team and project leader
Training and mentoring analysts, while having opportunities for personal growth by attending internal and external training programs
Working with highly skilled, ambitious and motivated colleagues in deal teams of varying size
Driving further growth of the practices
Who you are
Master’s degree in Business Economics or related program, with track record of academic excellence
At least three (3) up to ten (10) years of M&A, Debt Advisory and/or Corporate Finance experience, for instance at an investment bank, Big Four audit firm or reputable boutique
Excellent English and Dutch communication skills, both written and verbal. Dutch on a professional level is mandatory.
Strong technical skills (e.g., financial analysis, modeling, and report writing)
Fully comfortable with MS Office applications and virtual meeting technology
Confident and approachable
Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and outstanding work ethic
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a keen eye for detail
